A garment redesign starts with an assessment of the piece itself. We look at the fabric, seams, wear, and available material before discussing what can realistically be changed.

For alteration work, the scope is written down so you know which seams will be adjusted and what the project includes. That clarity helps keep the process straightforward from the start.

From first review to final collection, every step is explained clearly before work begins.

For remodelling and upcycling, we aim to reuse the strongest parts of the original garment wherever possible. If the fabric or construction limits the concept, we explain those limits before approval.

Many projects involve a fitting review at the end, so the finished piece can be checked carefully before collection. Small final adjustments may be handled when needed, without changing the agreed design.
